Our Offers

Are you looking for support? Here you will find information about our offers.

Therapy

Our psychotherapists are trained in cognitive behavioral therapy. Based on diagnostic procedures and an individually developed disorder model, therapy goals are formulated together with the clients, and a treatment plan is created and implemented. Elements from systemic, body-oriented, and play therapy are also integrated into the therapy. If needed, the clients' social environment is involved in the therapeutic process. The goal is to activate existing resources and support systems, improve problem-solving, and ensure long-term therapeutic success.

Psychosocial counseling

With our psychosocial services, we support refugees in coping with stressful experiences and developing new stability in their daily lives. Our counseling provides a safe space where worries, fears, and personal challenges can be discussed. In doing so, we work closely with therapists and orient ourselves to the needs of the clients.

The counseling helps to better understand stressors, develop new coping strategies, and strengthen one's own resources. The goal is to promote stability in daily life and develop perspectives for the future.

Our consultations are held primarily as one-on-one sessions, are free of charge, confidential, and supportive. If needed, we arrange language mediators.

Group offers

We offer various and changing group activities. Our focus is on resource-oriented work as well as psychoeducation. For example, we currently offer dance therapy for women.

Unfortunately, we have limited capacity. We try to offer an initial appointment to those who register with us as soon as possible. During this appointment, we will work together to see whether our services match the individual's needs and when therapy could begin.

Due to our funding, we unfortunately cannot take on individuals with temporary suspension of deportation (Duldung) – however, we are happy to refer you elsewhere and help find a suitable offer. For this, you are welcome to contact us via Mail register.
